When you hire a professional service provider such as a solicitor, an accountant or a surveyor, your instruction should be completed with care and skill.

Unfortunately, sometimes, professionals make mistakes and they might even give you negligent advice. If you think you have received negligent advice or the expert failed to advise you within the limits of their standard of practice, then you could have a claim if you have suffered a loss because of their negligence.
