Donna Tilbrook is one of the founding Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Best Solicitors. With almost three decades of experience in family and children law, she is recognised as one of the region’s leading specialists in public law children proceedings and international child abduction cases.

Donna is accredited as a member of the Law Society Children Panel, a distinction reserved for solicitors with proven expertise in representing children, parents and family members in the most complex care proceedings. She is also a member of the International Child Abduction and Contact Unit (ICACU) Referral Panel, through which she is instructed in Hague Convention and international child abduction cases involving multiple jurisdictions.
