As recently as 11 February 2024, the government have confirmed that they are moving forward with their Renters Reform legislation to remove ‘no fault’ evictions (Section 21 Notices) and make Section 8 Possession much more difficult to obtain by the end of 2024.

As such, we are aware that landlord’s need swift action to obtain possession and we can, therefore, start work on the eviction process as soon as instructions are received with the appropriate documentation
