Drafting and serving a section 21 notice
£250 +VAT
Drafting and serving a section 8 notice for rent arrears only
£150 +VAT
Drafting section 8 notice on any grounds other than non-payment of rent
£250 + Vat
Drafting Claim Form and Pleadings seeking Possession under Section 21 or Section 8 on any Grounds
£600.00 +VAT + Court Fee
Attendance for a Possession Hearing in either the Sheffield or Barnsley County Court
£500 +VAT
Attendance for a Possession Hearing in any other Court
£150 + Vat + Barrister Fee (Quotes to be obtained and agreed)
Warrant of Control/Eviction
This will be on an hourly rate basis + Court fee
