Hi, I’m Donna, the CEO of Best Solicitors, and I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be attending the 2025 International Family Law Conference at the Majestic Congress Centre in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, France. It’s an exciting opportunity to grow.

This conference will help me better understand the evolving landscape of family law, and how to approach these challenges. It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain new insights that will directly benefit our clients and improve the services we offer.

I’m particularly excited to hear from Sir Nicholas Mostyn, a true pioneer in the field of international family law. His work has inspired me throughout my career, and I can’t wait to hear his insights on the latest trends and challenges facing family lawyers worldwide.

It’s always energising to be in the room with thought leaders who are shaping the future of law, and I’m confident that the knowledge I’ll gain will help elevate the way we approach our clients’ needs.

But it’s not all work and no play! As beautiful as the sessions will be, I’ll also be taking in the breath-taking views of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, one of the most stunning places in the world. I’ll admit, I’m pretty excited about the skiing too (though I’m not expecting any gold medals).

There’s something about being in such a beautiful location that makes learning even more enjoyable. After a full day of panels and presentations, I’m definitely looking forward to a little après-ski relaxation—maybe with some good food, a glass of wine, and plenty of laughs with new friends and old.
