How Much Will it Cost Me?

We offer Legal Aid for family cases only in limited circumstances – mainly in situations involving domestic abuse or where children are at risk.

For many family matters such as divorce, change of name deeds, and separation agreements, fixed fees are available, depending on your financial circumstances. Most other matters are dealt with on an hourly rate, again based on your financial situation.

We offer an initial consultation for £199 (including VAT) to discuss your case and provide clear guidance on your options. All costs and fees will be fully discussed during your first appointment.
