Stacey Smith

Stacey is a longstanding member of the firm, with extensive experience across many aspects of personal injury work. Her background includes handling Road Traffic Accidents, Employers’ and Public Liability claims, Clinical Negligence, Vicarious Liability, Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) claims, and Criminal Injuries Compensation claims. She has experience working on both Fast Track and Multi-Track matters and is familiar with running claims through the Ministry of Justice Portal and in accordance with the Pre-Action Protocol.

At the start of 2026, Stacey joined the Conveyancing Department and is now based at the Barnsley office. She brings with her a strong client-focused approach, underpinned by professionalism, empathy, and a clear understanding of the importance of supporting clients through what can often be stressful and significant transactions.
