Donna comments “Here at BEST we all work hard but we also encourage a good work / home life balance. Our staff are provided with support from all levels of the firm to ensure that our work environment is as positive as possible and our staff enjoy coming to work.

This year has been challenging adapting to the current pandemic. Many of our staff are now working from home to ensure our offices comply with the Government guidance and social distancing.

We are providing our home workers with the support they need to ensure that matters continue to run as smoothly as possible and above all are ensuring that we keep in contact with them.

We have also recently appointed a Mental Health First Aider to ensure that the mental health and wellbeing of our staff is taken care of.
